It’s a Start, No Wait… It’s Progress!

It looks like Time Warner has delayed the roll-out of volume tiered Road Runner service in two of the four cities scheduled to get the new pricing this summer. The delay is only until October, but it at least suggests the company is aware of the outrage they are inspiring in their customer base. And maybe it suggests there is at least a chance it could be put on the shelf permanently.

The bad news is that Rochester, NY is still one of the two cities that gets the new pricing this summer. But if we all keep the pressure on, then perhaps we can get delayed as well. Every little bit helps.

THIS JUST IN!! THIS JUST IN!! THIS JUST IN!!

Time Warner has shelved the Rochester, NY tiered pricing plan indefinitely!! Of course they left open some loopholes to start this mess up again in the future, but it looks like for now our squeaky wheels have been greased!

(I love that this change in direction is to allow them to have more time to educate their customers. Ironically, it was the education of their customers that got them in hot water in the first place. They need dumber customers, not smarter ones. LOL)
