I’m proposing that in light of the recent C-Span survey of historians that found G.W. Bush one of the worst presidents in history (6th from the bottom!), that the expression, “Still Better than Fillmore” become the motto for the Bush Presidential Library at SMU. It’s likely the most factual claim the repository will contain.
