They issued a permit for it&#8217;s construction and everything.  Granted, it&#8217;s only temporary, but the fact that this happened without inspiring a demonstration is a huge First Amendment victory.<\/p>\n<p><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wbir.com\/news\/local\/story.aspx?storyid=55995&amp;provider=gnews\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer; width: 400px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wbir.com\/genthumb.ashx?w=250&amp;h=188&amp;e=1&amp;i=\/assetpool\/images\/08325173026_March25_2008_spaghetti.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Time to plan that Pirate Pilgramage.
