The new and improved Cogitorium is up and working.\u00a0 A few minor bumps, including a server crash tried to impede me, but I persevered.\u00a0 Hopefully you’ll like the new clean look.\u00a0 It should be familiar, yet look new.\u00a0 At least that was what I was going for, so even if you didn’t get that out of it, just humor me.<\/p>\n
A few bookkeeping bits.\u00a0 The RSS feed address has changed.\u00a0 If you use the feed, you should update your reader.\u00a0 The old paths are being forwarded, but I won’t guarantee that will work forever.<\/p>\n
I also used a bit of PHP magic to get all the permalinks to work.\u00a0 I spot checked a bunch and they seemed to work, but if anyone finds any links to the old site that don’t get you where you were going, let me know.\u00a0 This may be most evident in the bit.ly links that are posted on Twitter and Facebook.\u00a0 So let me know what’s broken.<\/p>\n
And that goes for anything else on the new site that you find that doesn’t work like you think it should.\u00a0 It hasn’t been tested extensively, so any help in finding things that don’t work or are a pain would be much appreciated.\u00a0 Suggestions for new features are great as well.<\/p>\n
