exactly...I heard through a third party! :/ (deep breath) want to harm my law office (snicker) but seriously, I have been on a slow boil all weekend since my mother called from FL to tell me my step sister read the Daily Record...etc...I have called my lawyer...still waiting:(

No, sorry. Your lawyer should have access, and I would think that any paralegal in his office could pull the decision and send it to you. It's a matter of public record, so I can't see why it should be an issue.

Tim, Hey...By any chance do you have access to the Daily Record? My court case is moving forward...but I don't have access to read Judge Larimer's decision :/ and my lawyer has NOT contacted me...grrrrr. fell like everyone has access to the info. but ME! Palmer v. Penfield
