I know the Global Warming deniers are currently all in a tizzy because it’s snowing and to them that’s just another nail in Al Gore’s coffin, but when I hear them rail against the science there’s a part of me that still wonders, so what? Even if the science was completely baseless, where’s the downside to green energy for this country? Sure, Saudi Arabia should be worried we’ll drop the oil habit, but it you look past next quarter’s balance sheet for Exxon-Mobil isn’t it a good thing for the U.S.A.?
